DZL series biomass boiler Introduction
Biomass boiler is designed based on the original mature layer combustion furnace technology and overcomes the organization of high temperature cyclone dynamic field in the furnace, meanwhile it has solved the problem of coking, partial combustion and black smoke producing during burning of the biomass materials. Burning rate can be 99%. Thermal efficiency raised to from 78% to 85% - 90% compared with coal fired boiler. Biomass fuels, are more extensive and renewable, mainly include crop stalks, wood shavings, sawdust, peanut shell, corn cob, rice husk, tree branches, leaves and hay, which can be directly crushed, pressure molded. Calorific value is between 3600 to 5100 kcal/kg which can completely replace coal and other fuels. Most important the price is much lower which can save the operation cost of the boiler. Biomass fuels, as the fourth largest energy after coal, oil and natural gas, have been vigorously advocated and promoted by our government due to its renewable, clean environmental protection.
Application fileds
Our oil/gas fired boilers can be divided into DHS series angle tube boiler,SZS water tube boilers and WNS fire tube boilers depending on the medium inside the tubes. With multiple pressure designs, the water tube boilers can meet the steam supply requirements of 2.5MPa or above. The fire tube boilers, on the contrary, are intended for use at pressures below 2.5 MPa. Fire tube boilers usually have a capacity of below 20t/h, while water tube ones of 20t/h or more as capacity expansion is possible.
The three series are designed with large furnaces, the thermal efficiency is over 98%, and the NOx emissions are as low as 30mg/Nm3. The front and rear smoke boxes are all equipped with a unique sealing structure to ensure that the smoke box does not leak smoke. At the same time, it has the characteristics of fully automatic and safe operation.
